NEW SUIT TO STOP PARAMOUNT-WARNER BROS. MERGER: Iowa and Montana are suing to stop the merger of two companies with Los Angeles-area movie and TV studios: Paramount Skydance and Warner Bros. Discovery. The suit follows similar ones from Democratic attorneys general and the Writers Guild of America. (Chris Woodward)
