Legislative investigation into Gov. Hobbs over group home: There will be a formal legislative investigation into Democratic Gov. Katie Hobbs regarding the Sunshine Residential controversy and subpoenas for Hobbs to appear before the state Senate at the end of the month went out, Arizona State Sen. Jake Hoffman announced.
Arizona halts state land leases over sewage sludge concerns: The Arizona State Land Department canceled one lease and did not renew four others for Yuma County-based AgTech amid concerns over a commercial biosolids operation, officials said.
